Feminy currently delivers across all major cities and districts in Bangladesh. To check if we deliver to your specific location, enter your postal code during checkout.

Delivery Methods

We offer two primary delivery methods:

• Standard Delivery (Inside Dhaka Metro): This is our most economical option, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. For any other city /location delivery time : 4-5 working days.
• Express Delivery: Need your order faster? Choose express delivery for an estimated timeframe of 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply for express delivery.

Delivery Costs

• Standard Delivery: Free on all orders above ৳ [1400] . Delivery Charge  Inside Dhaka Metro : 60 TAKA. ** Extra charge is applicable if the package is above 5 k.g.
• Express Delivery Inside Dhaka metro :  A flat rate of ৳ 100  [express delivery fee] will be applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier company’s website.

Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume.

Important Information

• Deliveries are made during regular business days (Saturday to Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order and sign for it.
• Feminy is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, or public holidays.
